Payments

Charges, payouts and refunds connected to orders and ledgers, with every callback verified and reconciled.

In production: BeautyHaul runs its own multi-option payment gateway for 10,000+ daily users. Growmotely takes payments in with Stripe and pays out with Payoneer.

The hard part

Integration isn’t the connection. It’s what happens when a system fails.

EverGenius: one platform in place of several vendors

EverGenius is an all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform for healthcare practices. Orion built the full product end to end: the platform, its dashboard and every integration that connects it to the messaging, advertising and marketing tools practices already use.

How we build

Four steps from tangled systems to one integration layer

  1. 01

    Map the systems

Every system, owner, data flow and failure point documented.

You get: Integration map and risk list.
  2. 02

    Design the contracts

API and event contracts agreed before any code is written.

    You get: Versioned API specifications.
  3. 03

    Build for failure

Idempotency, retries, reconciliation and quarantine built in.

    You get: Tested integration layer.
  4. 04

    Monitor and hand over

Dashboards, alerts and runbooks, then a documented handover.

You get: Runbooks, code and access.
Security & compliance

Secure by default, auditable end to end

Every integration is reviewed against our ISO 27001 controls before it touches production data.

ISO 27001 SOC 2 CMMI Level 3

Encryption in transit and at rest

TLS on every connection and encrypted storage for credentials, payloads and logs.

Least-privilege, scoped access

Each integration gets only the permissions its task needs, and tokens can be revoked.

Full audit logging

Every call, change and retry recorded, so any record can be traced to its source.

Secrets kept out of code

Keys and credentials held in a managed vault and rotated on schedule.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers ask us

Anything not covered here, ask us directly. We reply within one business day.

We build one. Depending on the system, that means a small service in front of its database, a scheduled file exchange over SFTP, or reading its exports. The rest of the integration then talks to that layer like any other API.

Every operation that changes data carries an idempotency key. Retries, timeouts and duplicate callbacks all resolve to the original result instead of creating a second one.

Requests are queued and retried with backoff, and nothing is marked complete until the provider confirms it. If a result doesn’t reconcile, it goes to a review queue rather than into your records.

You do. Code, API contracts, runbooks and documentation are handed over. Orion can run and monitor it under a support agreement, but there is no lock-in.

Yes. The layer is event-driven and API-first, so a new system subscribes to the events it needs instead of being wired into each existing connection.
