Orion approached this challenge with a design thinking perspective in mind.
First, we empathized with the requirements. Through a plethora of meetings, we discussed and landed upon the scope of this work. An Information Architecture was designed and the wireframes shared. This paved way to a non-functional prototype of the experience.
